Welcome to the world of Anderson Wheeler. England has long been the centre of firearm excellence and we pride ourselves on maintaining that tradition of beauty, craftsmanship and reliability in the guns we produce.
The blend of modern innovation, craftsmanship and precision engineering used in the building of our firearms, demonstrates many years of striving to perfect that balance of reliability with artistic elegance.
Reliability is of paramount importance to us at Anderson Wheeler and all measures are taken to ensure that quality standards are met along the way in building our shotguns and rifles. Whilst in the field with one of our firearms, whether in a tight corner confronting dangerous game, crawling over the moors after venison, wading for waterfowl, or simply standing for a pheasant drive, you will draw confidence from the knowledge that you have in your hands not only an object of beauty to be enjoyed in its own right, but a fine product of the gun makers craft which provides the utmost reliability, performance and accuracy.
EXPRESS DOUBLE RIFLE
The pursuit of dangerous game on foot is at all times a hazardous activity, therefore extreme accuracy and reliability is paramount to the sportsman. Purely designed to be a sporting weapon with no military heritage this hand crafted rifle is a pinnacle of traditional manufacturing blended with modern innovation.
BOLT ACTION MAGAZINE RIFLE
Our magazine rifle’s receiver is based on the original Mauser 98 action, which has a double square bridge and a solid left wall. The three-position safety with a horizontal lever is extremely quiet to operate, ensuring no unnecessary noise at a critical moment.<
SIDE BY SIDE SHOTGUN
Our sidelock ejector shotgun is made with a drop-forged steel action for maximum strength. The seven pin sidelocks are hand-polished internally, incorporating intercepting sears and cocking indicators.
OVER UNDER SHOTGUN
Designed to be both comfortable and robust our over and under shotgun is a perfect alchemy of function and form. The gun is fitted with a single-trigger and a barrel-selector safety, however double triggers can be built on request.
MARK VII REVOLVER
It has been a century since the legendary “Mark VI” entered British service, and over thirty years since the last automatic-ejection revolver rolled off a British production line. The Anderson Wheeler “Mark VII” Revolver is a seven-shot top-break revolver, chambered for .357 Magnum. It is the result of four years of development, working from original War Office drawings for the legendary Mark VI .455 revolver.
